Lead Consultant
Primarily to lead the development of our public sector housing survey and consultancy division, the successful candidate will initially also assist in managing the delivery of private sector housing surveys and be involved in contract management, data interpretation and reporting. The position would suit a Local Authority experienced Housing Manager or Environmental Health Officer with an understanding of both public and private sector housing looking to develop a career in the consultancy market.
Analyst/Statistician/Consultant
The requirements for this role are a strong, demonstrable background in the analysis and reporting of complex statistical data and an ability to develop analytical databases using Microsoft Access. This position would ideally progress to a career in Housing Research Consultancy and suit an individual looking for a niche market in which to use existing statistical and analytical skills.

Based at one of our offices (Aylesbury, London, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester) with travel as necessary.
We also urgently require Associate Housing Condition Surveyors, full-time or part-time.
We can offer short or long term contracts nationally with full support and training as appropriate.
