Tim Barber - Director

Tim is a founding director of CPC and has for 15 years been instrumental in developing the project management services we offer to the public and private sectors.

Tim has specialised in bringing these two sectors together via development agreements, in order to maximise the use of surplus lands and to produce good returns for developers and the public purse.

Tim has led the CPC teams on many major projects including the Centre West development at Hammersmith Broadway and the current £1bn mixed development at White City.

Tim is currently working with the Board to ensure the future workload is consistent with the business plan and project delivery is of a standard that would be hard to better.
