Robert Lamb - Senior Manager

Bob has a depth and breadth of experience that comes from being engaged in consultancy related work for over 30 years. He can effectively engage with clients and quickly understands a client’s business and needs. These abilities are key to forming good client relationships.

Over the last 15 years Bob has been principally focussed on all aspects of Central Government, where he has extensive experience of Change Management, Programme and Project Management, Policy Derivation and Back Office services. He has worked with major Departments, NDPBs and Agencies and has assisted in the implementation of such organisations.
