Brett Nelson - Associate Director

Brett is very successful at scoping and delivering projects across services and organisations, often at the interface of health and social care. He has worked across the public, private and third sectors and has extensive experience of delivering operational and business solutions.

He is able to develop win-win situations for a range of partners when dealing with sensitive issues and he has successfully developed and implemented a number of innovative projects, such as the joint strategic needs assessment, self-evaluation frameworks, performance management systems and service integration.

Brett is a highly motivated and well-organised person, equally at home working individually or as a member of a team, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively and to work to deadlines.

He is a practical, persuasive and goal oriented, yet empathetic and pragmatic change practitioner. Brett is an analytical thinker with the ability to take a more strategic view and consider the longer term implications across services and organisations, yet still possessing a close eye for detail.
