Ben Eggleston
Having been appointed Associate Director, Ben continues to lead CPC's Change & Performance service team until the appointment of his successor. Ben has a highly successful background in guiding and delivering projects involving significant change, often in highly sensitive/political environments involving stakeholders across more than one organisation.

Ben effectively integrates into client organisations and rapidly understands their principal drivers. This ensures the most appropriate and effective solution can be delivered whilst maximising the return on investment.
