Danny Chalkley - Non-Executive Director

Danny joined the CPC Board as a Non-Executive Director in January 2010.

Danny is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager with 20 years experience in property development and construction consultancy in London.

His experience provides an excellent understanding of the industry In 2003, he established Boxmill Consulting, a successful project management consultancy specialising in complex hotel developments ranging up to £70 million. In 2004, he established Boxmill Developments to undertake high quality residential developments in Central London.

Danny has been a Councillor on Westminster City Council since 2002.
