Martin de Heaver - Executive Director

CPC's Transport and Infrastructure division is headed by Martin de Heaver who has been appointed Executive Director of the company.

An experienced technical project and programme manager, with strong creative, business, financial, technical and organisational skills. Martin has extensive international experience of the set up and delivery of major projects within the air, rail, sea and road transportation industries.

Martin joined CPC in 2005 and headed the Road Pricing and Technology Divisions. Martin's international career spans over18 years in the delivery of major international transportation systems, bringing a wealth of experience from air traffic control (NATS, EUROCONTROL), airports (British Airways), railways (London Underground), and most recently road pricing arenas (TfL). Martin is a graduate of the London Business School and is based at CPC’s headquarters in the City of London. Martin is also Vice President of the British Memorial Garden Trust UK Ltd..
