Dean Benson - Director for Transport and Infrastructure

Dean joined CPC in 2010 as Director of Transportation and Infrastructure. With over 27 years of transport and infrastructure strategy and programme delivery experience, Dean has gained extensive knowledge of LU, Network Rail and international transport operators.

Dean's key areas of expertise include business case development, strategic programme office development, programme and project delivery strategy and project management delivery. Specific areas of expertise include management of change, risk, commercial management and organizational development.

Between 2005 and 2010 Dean developed a strategic consultancy offer with a year on year increase in business of over 50%. This offer was focused on UK and international transportation improvement to support industry and business growth.
