Martin de Heaver
An experienced technical project and programme manager, with strong creative, business, financial, technical and organisational skills. Martin has extensive international experience of the set up and delivery of major projects within the air, rail, sea and road transportation industries.

Martin has held technical architect roles in European Commission funded R&D projects covering advanced air traffic control systems, and transport security technologies. With close links to the Foundation for Entrepreneurial Management at the London Business School Martin has acted as a Judge for the Entrepreneurship Summer School at LBS in 2004. An active member of PITCOM (Parliamentary IT Committee) he advises MPs and Peers on ICT matters.
