Steve Mole - Managing Director
Steve has been with CPC since 1993, during which time he has progressed through the business from a junior consultant to his current role as managing director.

	Tim Barber - Executive Director, Property and Construction Tim is a founding director of CPC and has for 20 years been instrumental in developing the project management services we offer to the public and private sectors.
	Miriam Thorne - Finance Director As an experienced and enthusiastic finance professional, Miriam has a highly successful track record in developing and managing the financial and governance aspects for large projects and organisations, including cost/risk assessment, change control and value management.

	Peter Ward - Non-Executive Chairman Peter is both Chairman of CPC's board and a director and shareholder of RCapital, which is an investor in CPC.
	Danny Chalkley - Non-Executive Director Danny has joined the CPC board as a Non-Executive Director. He will be contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
	Alison Jaap - Director for Businesss Consulting Alison is CPC’s Director of Business Consulting, and has many years experience of scoping and delivering projects throughout the public sector, relating to strategic reviews, business change and process improvement.
	Dean Benson - Director for Transport Dean is CPC's Director for Transportation and Infrastructure. In over 27 years of transport and infrastructure strategy and programme delivery experience Dean has gained extensive knowledge of LU, Network Rail and international transport operators.
	Julian Klein - Associate Director for Property and Construction Julian is an Associate Director with over twenty years project management experience. Julian is a 'hands on' team leader and co-ordinator of multi-disciplinary teams of designers, consultants and contractors on complex schemes.
	John Easey - Associate Director for Housing Services John is a qualified Civil Engineer and House Condition Surveyor. In addition to his role as Associate Director for the Housing Team, John is our Manager of Professional Development, and led the delivery of our very successful HHSRS training programmes for the IDeA.
	Maurice Prendergast - Associate Director for Health Since joining CPC in 1996 Maurice has filled a number of roles on both project work and at Board level including responsibility for the regions and our Health sector business.
	Kingsley Thomas - Associate Director, Cardiff Kingsley’s expertise is the delivery of projects for a varied range of clients addressing property, accommodation and operational issues.
	Frank Crilley - Associate Director, Glasgow Frank leads CPC's Glasgow Office. Frank is a highly experienced consultant with 20 years experience of project delivery in the construction sector.
