Steve Mole - Managing Director

Steve has been with CPC since 1993, during which time he has progressed through the business from a junior consultant to his current role as managing director.

Steve has over 15 years experience of scoping and delivering projects in the property, transport, health and education sectors relating to strategic reviews, business change and improvement.

Since becoming MD of CPC in Feb 04 he has successfully led the turnaround of the business from a loss to a profitable position in the first year and doubling the size of the business by the third year.

Steve is a strategic thinker with strong management and interpersonal skills. He is an excellent relationship builder and thrives on bringing people together to build teams with complementary skills and experience. An effective leader, Steve empowers individuals to design and implement solutions that realise both business and social benefits.

He is commercially focused and results driven. He divides his time between managing CPC’s growth strategy - to become the largest independent project management company in the UK by 2010 – and leading high profile client assignments.
