Paddy Hall - Associate Director

Paddy has substantial inspection and Quality Assurance experience across the education sector. As a former LEA inspector and as an additional OfSTED inspector , his background covers over 100 inspections of schools (Secondary, Special, and Primary), LEA FE inspections and reviews including prison education, youth work, Connexions Partnerships, Youth Offending Services.

He has assisted in a number of local authority JAR preparation, briefings and recovery planning. He has recently led a project to develop benefit profiles and business cases for the DIUS/LLUK £30 million Catalyst program.

Paddy has been central in developing inter-disciplinary peer, and young person led inspection training for a number of services. Paddy was formerly Community Education advisor for Humberside, and a vice-principal of Moat Community College in Leicester.
