Stephen Blackmore - Senior Consultant

Stephen is an experienced senior change and performance management consultant working internationally with large corporations and central/local government within the UK. He is also a qualified PRINCE2 project manager and has a successful track record of leading teams through every stage of the project life-cycle.

He has worked with a diverse range of clients and organisations, including Transport for London, Metronet, IBM, Christie NHS Hospital Trust, the UK Foreign Office, Electrolux, the Department of Trade and Industry, Reading Borough Council, Christie Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Hewlett Packard, Royal & Sun Alliance and TNT.

Stephen has successfully led a variety of changes programmes and organisational improvement projects over the years. He combines a relaxed, personal style with a rigorous, results-driven approach.
