Kingsley Thomas - Associate Director

Kingsley is an experienced Project Manager, having successfully delivered major fit-out, new build and corporate relocation projects. He has managed the delivery of complex schemes on various scales, to set time, function, quality and cost objectives.

Kingsley’s expertise is the delivery of projects for a varied range of clients addressing property, accommodation and operational issues. In addition to the knowledge of the construction project process and various contract forms, Kingsley is also proficient in the softer side of projects, managing the communication, PR, human resources, and facilities elements for corporate clients.

A key theme throughout his experience is the delivery of complex projects within operational environments and on multi-user sites with particular constraints. Projects are often phased, with consideration to the ongoing operations of an organisation on the site. He has experience in programming phased construction projects and coordinating migrations of staff focusing on minimum downtime and disruption to business operations.
