As an experienced and enthusiastic finance professional, Miriam has a highly successful track record in developing and managing the financial and governance aspects for large projects and organisations, including cost/risk assessment, change control and value management. Miriam’s experience includes major infrastructure projects, working with both public and private sector organisations and managing stakeholders across several organisations.

She has a strong background in formal Project Reviews (OGC) and compliance with Government Appraisal Guidelines (Green Book). Miriam is experienced in gaining buy-in and brokering agreement from interested parties and her enthusiastic and inclusive approach allows her to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
