Peter Ward - Non-Executive Chairman

Peter is both Chairman of CPC's board and a director and shareholder of RCapital, which is an investor in CPC.

As Chairman of CPC, Peter brings a wealth of experience to the company in the field of corporate banking and finance, as a result of 23 years as a Business Development Director with the Royal Bank of Scotland and more recently 4 years with Three V Corporate Venturing LLP, a corporate finance boutique established jointly with Jamie Constable in 2001.

As well as representing RCapital's interests as investor he also takes an active role assisting the management team and has helped to establish and implement group strategies.
