Project Overview
Technical Services Group (TSG) is a division of TfL and is chiefly responsible for managing and servicing the IT infrastructure that supports the day to day running of the entire London bus network. The TfL bus network is currently undergoing a large technology roll out In partnership with Siemens. The project will deliver a state-of-the-art Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) technology system and telecommunications across London .

CPC’s Role
CPC was engaged to lead the Organisational Transition Workstream within TSG. This highly political project involves implementing an effective strategy to manage the changing requirements of TSG’s workforce following a £120million IT installation. Working closely with Siemens and the Senior Management Team, CPC was responsible for designing and delivering a change management programme that addressed all the key issues facing the organisation during its transition to support the new business processes.
