Project Overview
City University required a strategic review of the Property and Facilities Department to determine how the group can be shaped in line with future business requirements to be a commercially sustainable and effective proposition to the University.

CPC’s Role
CPC was commissioned to strategically review the Maintenance group and the wider Property and Facilities Department to develop options on how the department is best structured to meet corporate objectives. An assessment of the ideal organisational structure, service proposition, market size, infrastructure and optimal delivery vehicle for this group was conducted to develop and implement effective recommendations. CPC worked with Service Portfolio Managers and Directors of Administration to understand the future needs of the University.
