Project Overview
The drive to deliver a Patient Led NHS has required Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) to fundamentally change the way they are structured and the way they deliver services. All PCTs have to rethink their future organisation structure, corporate objectives, partnership arrangements and strategy.

CPC’s Role
CPC were commissioned to undertake an organisation review of Bury PCT (£50m) to investigate the effectiveness of the current organisation structure, service offerings and commercial arrangements culminating in the preparation of a series of recommendations and options on the most appropriate way forward. We also undertook a number of coaching and mentoring programmes with senior management to increase organisation capability.
