Project Overview
RCapital is a UK venture finance fund with an investment strategy of refinancing or acquiring distressed organisations, then leading and overseeing their operational and financial turn around for a future exit.

CPC’s Role
CPC was commissioned to assess and review the existing strategy, financial status, organisational structure, personnel, target markets and performance management of an RCapital acquisition (£50m yearly revenue). The review's main focus was to identify short term efficiency saving opportunities, stabilise and restructure the failing incumbent management team and lay the foundations for future growth.

CPC went to implement the agreed short to medium term strategy and imbed the agreed organisation changes derived from the initial strategic review.
