Project Overview
Dubailand and The Great Wheel Corporation have signed an agreement under which land has been allocated for the construction of the world’s greatest Observation Wheel at Dubailand. The Great Dubai Wheel will be significantly larger than the London Eye, which was recently voted the best tourist attraction in the world.

Located in a prime area of Dubailand, the Great Dubai Wheel will further enhance Dubai's reputation as a leading world city, featuring iconic, unparalleled architectural structures. It will sharply raise the visibility of Dubailand.

CPC’s Role
To act as Client representative and provide project management services to take this project from inception to completion.

CPC has been engaged as client representative for the whole project to coordinate activities, manage the stakeholders, protect the interests of the Great Wheel Corporation, and to be the interface with the regulatory authorities.
