Project Overview
The brief was to Project Manage the fast track interior fit out of 450,000 ft. sq to provide highgrade multi function interior space. The new building has the capacity for 2,400 people, including 1,240 trading positions.

Included within our project brief was the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Daily Express building to provide six floors of hi-spec meeting rooms and video conferencing facilities. Due to our client’s intense demand for space, the project had to be undertaken whilst the new build works were still in progress. This meant that in addition to Project Managing the fit our works, our role was expanded to include monitoring the base build installation during and after construction.

CPC’s Role
CPC led a multidisciplinary consultant team and the management contractor to produce some of the most diverse and impressive interior workspace in London, meeting agreed client objectives.

• A meeting room suite and an auditorium, which has a cutting edge audiovisual capability. The auditorium includes language translation booths and broadcast quality AV facilities for presentation and recording.
• An extensive restaurant facility filled an entire floor with multi themed food court which offers anything from ‘Grab n Go’ convenience to international gourmet cuisine.
• The highest degree of employee welfare is provided in the form of a “wellness centre” which offers occupational health and crèche facilities, a fully equipped gym and fitness studios, and a Bupa medical centre with a dentist and physio suite.
