Project Overview
CPC was appointed by the Managing Director of Infraco SSL to Programme and Project Manage the £12m Corporate Change Programme. The programme’s primary objective was to prepare ISSL for privatisation as a result of London Underground’s Public Private Partnership (PPP). The programme contained 75 projects across the company, each delivering either business improvements or enabling a seamless transfer into the private sector.
CPC’s Role
CPC provided a composite team of seven consultants who each led a specialised work stream comprising of 8 - 12 projects. CPC introduced a robust “people-process-system” methodology to evaluate the business benefits and delivery of each project.
CPC was involved in all aspects of the delivery, from developing the business papers to secure capital investment through to new organisational design and project implementation.
