Congestion Relief
Client: London Underground Limited
Duration: 2001-2003

Project Overview
London Underground commissioned this project to improve congestion relief at Knightsbridge station, together with a general up-grading of communication, ticketing and passenger information facilities, passenger security measures and enhanced finishes and accessibility. This necessitated the construction of a new underground ticket-hall and station entrance beneath existing buildings and roads, requiring sophisticated measures of support, so roads could remain open throughout the construction work.
