Project Overview
CPC’s staff were involved in the Project Management of a diverse range of key regeneration projects in the London Docklands development zone, managing a rolling programme of key development site enhancements and strategic transport projects to stimulate targeted second stage regeneration.

CPC’s Role
The work encompassed:
• design management of multi-disciplinary teams on complex engineering works relating to dock edge reinstatement, and the general preparation of development sites
• urban masterplanning and urban landscape regeneration
• liaising with London Boroughs on design standards and adoption issues
• site remediation works
• local consultation
• transport planning and the provision of key transport (road, rail and pedestrian) links, and bridges across docks, providing strategic pedestrian links
• Lewisham Extension DLR - project, providing planning input
• completion of development agreements
• the co-ordination and management of income and expenditure programmes, reporting to Central Government.
