Project Overview
CPC were engaged to project manage the construction of a 120,000 sq ft development over the Southwark Station. Included in the project are the Station enabling works costing approximately £2 Million, the electronic monitoring of movement in the station box during construction costing approximately £1 Million and the overstation development for which the construction costs are £15 Million.

CPC’s Role
The CPC role includes the management of the interface with station staff, Tube Lines Ltd, the PPP contractor and LUL Services and Strategy Development. CPC’s role is fully integrated with the client and we assist with the drafting of the development agreement, the preparation and instigation of the Project Execution plan right through to the handover of documentation on completion of the development.
