Rapid delivery of highly visable improvements to London Underground passenger information systems in line with developments in new technology and requirement for flexible information systems.
CPC’s Role
CPC was commissioned to provide project management. The hands on approach incorporated initial project definitition, scope refinement, solution discovery, implementation planning and rapid delivery of multiple formats of new customer facing ‘windows’ onto the new information systems designed and developed in conjunction with CPC.
