Project Overview
• Relocation of 1200 staff to new Head Office and several satellite offices
• Relocation of data to a remote site; undertaking fit-out; procuring and installing new furniture; establishing new facilities
• Roll out of new and existing IT equipment
• Managing communication strategy and logistics.

CPC’s Role
• Identifying stakeholders and establish and manage project team and workstreams
• Development a strategy and execution plan in line with Metronet Rail’s constraints and internal processes
• Lead risk management workshops
• Management and co-ordination of all project activities, ensuring that risk is understood, allocated and mitigated
• Progress monitoring and forecasting against agreed programme milestones and budgets
