Project Overview
CPC is providing project management services for the seven-year track renewal programme across the JNP network.
CPC’s Role
This commission includes project management
of the design and implementation of track renewals in tube and open section, including installation of train arrestors, points and crossings. The commission includes project management assistance to delivery of 7 Car Project on the Jubilee line. We are currently
at the beginning of the second year of the seven year programme, which has an annual budget
of £30-50m.
Prior to this contract, CPC provided project management services for the latter two years
of a five year renewal programme with a similar scope and budget.
