Project Overview
CPC were involved in the development of a new £18m Light Maintenance train depot facility and associated infrastructure improvements, alterations, and enabling works which involved the la nd purchase, feasibility and design of the proposed depot adjacent to Wembley station and the new national sports stadium.

The enabling works comprising, amongst others, a temporary Bailey Bridge that spans from the South Way to the site itself (which was the sole road access to the site).

Client Benefits
In the delivery of this project, CPC overcame demanding constraints with stakeholders, and works were planned without unnecessary disruption to the operational railway. We also addressed complex environmental issues including Japanese Knotweed, tree preservation orders, noise and visual impact of the works and the completed depot.
