Project Overview
CPC were engaged to project manage Phases 1 and 2 of Centre West, a 400,000 ft2 office development located in the centre of a busy roundabout in Hammersmith, London. The development also contains 60,000 ft2 of retail and car parking and is located above Hammersmith Underground Station, which was completely refurbished with new ticket halls and staff accommodation. Part of the development is a new transport interchange with a new bus station for 19 routes.

The project entailed the demolition of the existing Ticket Halls and Platform canopies, temporary installation of a ticket hall for the duration of the works, 2 No. New ticket halls with ticket gates, CCTV, Mobility Impaired Persons Lifts, new Communication Equipment Room (CER), new platform finishes, new platform canopies, new platform waiting rooms and kiosks.

CPC’s Role
The CPC role included the management of redrafting the development agreement and the necessary supplemental agreements, to protect LUL’s interests together with the project management of the office and retail development with new underground station, new bus station, underground parking and staff accommodation.
