Project Overview
Responsible for safely and reliably moving more than three million passengers each day, the London Underground has the vested interests of many stakeholders including central and local government, MPs, watchdog and user groups, businesses and key opinion formers.
CPC’s Role
CPC has helped manage and enhance the reputation of the London Underground by devising communication programmes to manage external key opinion formers, maintain and build contacts with members of both Houses of Parliament and their staff, with Government officials and other influential representative bodies.
Our public affairs professionals have driven chief-executive level borough engagement programmes providing briefs and strategic support to company representatives in addition to developing and implementing ongoing briefing programmes for Government officials in order to raise their awareness of London Underground and its service to London.
CPC has helped manage the public affairs needs of high profile projects and incidents such as station redevelopment, refurbishment and civil works, derailments, major line and station closures.
