The station suffers from severe congestion at times and requires major works to improve both station capacity and operational efficiency. CPC provides efficient and effective management of key elements of the project development process. |

Jubilee line 7th car project
The Jubilee line added an additional carriage to its entire fleet of trains during January 2006. CPC provided a Communications Manager at the outset of the project to develop a communications strategy. |

Transport Policing and Enforcement Directorate
The Directorate works to reduce crime and disorder on or around the transport network. CPC was invited to help the Directorate articulate its internal and external communications strategy and develop a 12-month forward plan introducing effective communications tools. |

Congestion Charging
In August 2004, the Mayor of London published a revision to the Transport Strategy, including proposals to extend the congestion charging zone to the west. It is expected that the Western Extension will go-live in February 2007. |

Low Emission Zone (LEZ)
A LEZ is a designated area where measures have been put in place to improve air quality by preventing or deterring the most polluting vehicles from driving in the Zone. This particular LEZ is the most viable initiative to achieve air quality improvements in London. |

White City Redevelopment
