CPC has a broad and detailed understanding of social care and health. Using this knowledge, we are able to support local authorities and primary care trusts to become more effective, efficient and client-focused organisations.

How CPC can help

Our strength at CPC is in the provision of integrated consultancy services, which will underpin other consecutive projects – such as commissioning and needs assessment advice, business cases; lean technology and soft project management.

We are able to:

• Develop intelligence to inform effective decision-making, through joint strategic needs assessments, development of area-based (neighbourhood) intelligence assessments and delivering evidence-bases for strategic and operational change.
• Translating intelligence and needs assessment information into strategy and commissioning intentions.
• Modelling potential developments and policy changes, through ‘JSNA+’ or financial modelling using Wanless assumptions as its basis.
• Focus services more effectively on the customer, using the customer journey and lean techniques, often delivering efficiency gains at the same time.
• Support development of intelligence-led practice (locality) based commissioning plans.
• Assist organisations to create strategic and operational links that cross organisational boundaries and integrate services so that they are more effective and deliver better outcomes for their recipients
