Children’s Services
Introduction
Children and Young People’s services and Children’s Trusts face very significant challenges delivering improved results against the 'Every Child Matters' Outcomes Framework within current financial constraints and within the contexts of APA and CAA assessment mechanisms. At the same time commissioner /provider splits and new cross-sector delivery partnerships add a further layer of complexity.
CPC has a broad and detailed understanding of Children and Young People’s Services. Using this knowledge, we are able to support local authorities and Primary Care Trusts to become more effective, efficient and client-focused organisations.
