JSNA+ (the post-JSNA models)
Following on from CPC’s groundbreaking work on Joint Strategic Needs Assessments with authorities such as Bury, Medway, Havering, Hull and Wakefield, plus work with the Improvement & Efficiency Partnership, CPC has developed the concept of 'JSNA+'.
This takes the intelligence and data developed from undertaking a standard JSNA as defined by the Department of Health and starts to model the impact of local interventions and policy decisions, which in turn allows a local authority to effectively make long-term investment decisions focusing on well-being and prevention.
Alongside this, CPC has developed a set of financial modelling tools which allow authorities and partners to clearly identify where scarce resources can be targeted today to have the largest and longest lasting benefit in the future.
