CPC has a raft of experience in business process improvement, using both Lean and DMAIC tool-kits to maximise efficiencies and make benefits obvious and realisable.

Recently, CPC has successfully adopted lean within the UK Health Care sector and now has a Health profile to add to our significant experience of using the lean tool-kit within Local Authorities across the UK. Used properly, lean technology provides a tremendous opportunity to increase productivity, reduce waiting times, lower costs and improve services for any organisation.
