Project and Programme Management

CPC staff are proficient in Prince 2 with many qualified to Practitioner status. We also have a smaller number of staff that are MSP Practitioners. The company is a corporate member of the Association of Project Managers, we abide by the APM Body of Knowledge and are also experienced in ‘Enterprise Project Management Systems’. Those members of our staff that work on construction and infrastructure project management are also familiar with systems used in those industries including the RIBA approach.

CPC helps organisations realise their change strategies by developing tangible solutions that focus on improved performance or organisational transformation and then helping in the effective implementation of these strategies.
