Health - Acute Trusts
Introduction
Acute Trusts are all facing major challenges with the introduction of the directory of ambulatory services, the mandating of data collection (particularly in relation to the 18 week targets), and also the introduction of the productive series of improvements – with the ‘productive ward’ series leading the way. These initiatives, allied with the over-riding requirement for quality improvement and better intelligence are currently the key drivers for Acute Trusts.
In Wales the additional requirement to reduce the number of Acute Trusts brings its own challenges.
How CPC can help
Our strength at CPC is in the provision of integrated consultancy services, which will underpin other consecutive projects – such as commissioning and needs assessment advice, business cases, Lean technology, soft project management, procurement including P21 and soft/construction project management.
