Our experience within the Transport sector includes leading major transitional projects such as integrating Metronet Rail and Transport for London; assistance with Congestion Charging policy; independent reviews of the top 50 projects on behalf of Transport for London (TFL) and numerous Communication projects.

Integration of Transport related services
Transport services across the UK are becoming more and more inter-dependent, with organisations such as Network Rail, Metronet Rail (now under the control of Transport for London) and London Underground all needing to work in partnership with each other during their normal course of business. The administration of Metronet Rail in 2007 caused shock waves across the transport sector and, since then, CPC has been actively involved in managing the change programme to integrate Metronet with TFL .
