Soft Project Management

CPC have been responsible for establishing a wide range of functional project structures and governance arrangements, including project and programme boards.

As project managers, CPC are experienced in managing the multidisciplinary design team to develop the project plans in order to meet the client expectations. We also plan a major part acting as an interface between the designers and the client users.

With all of our clients, CPC has been responsible for preparation and delivering updates, presentations and facilitating workshops to all levels of management, executive directors and officers.

Within the NHS, we have experience of using the Procure21 (P21) procurement route and can provide Project Management services following a P21 route.
