Integration of PCT & Local Authority Services

With the requirement for a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA), it has become inevitable that closer links have been forged (organically) between Local Authorities and the relevant Primary Care Trusts.

This is particularly true where Adult and Children/Youth services are concerned, as both organisations model the effect of preventative services for the vulnerable and needy.

CPC has already worked with Durham City and Medway Councils to establish where integration will have the greatest effect, also taking into account how these services can become more commercialised and efficient and has taken this concept a step further to provide our JSNA+ solution, which focuses on outcomes that demonstrate the effectiveness of services.
