This course aims to give delegates an understanding of the Decent Homes Standard, including:
- the requirements of the four stated Criteria;
- the definitions of Vulnerable Occupier;
- the implications for Stock Management and Renewal Strategies; and
- developing methods of measurement with regard to targets.
