HHSRS Enforcement
The course is the same as was recently delivered by us in a national programme for the IDeA. The course will assist delegates to:
- understand the powers and duties available to local authority officers for HHSRS enforcement;
- determine the most appropriate course of action;
- understand how to proceed with emergency action; and
- understand the role of the Residential Property Tribunal.
