Delivering Private Sector Renewal Strategies

The importance of private sector renewal is now well understood as an essential ingredient in the strategic approach of housing authorities. The recently introduced Regulatory Reform Order gave wide powers to tackle housing issues. To use the new powers, however, an Authority must have a PSR. strategy in place that clearly sets out what it proposes to do and why.
